Yoga for Calm, Balance and Resilient Strength

Hi I’m Lyndsey, a yoga teacher offering both Yin and Vinyasa practices. I am deeply passionate about using movement as a way to slow down, reconnect and feel more at home in your body. As a busy working mum, I understand how hard it can be to make time for yourself. Yoga has been a supportive part of my life for over fifteen years and I love sharing these practices with others.

Through both stillness and flowing movement, I guide students towards a sense of calm, balance and resilient strength. My intention is to create a space where you can breathe deeply, move with awareness and leave feeling grounded, nourished and empowered.

Wether you are completely new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, you are welcome.

Training & Qualifications

Alongside fifteen years of personal practice, I continue to deepen my learning through ongoing yoga and wellbeing training.

200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training - Yoga Sanctary, Malahide 2024-2025

100 hour Art of Yin - Grace Tempany Method 2022-2025

60 hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training - Elbowroom, Dublin 9 2025-2026

Additional Trainings include Restorative Yoga, MyoYin, Women’s Health and Breathwork
