I teach Functional Yin Yoga as a slow meditative bodywork practice. Poses are held for longer periods to create deep stretching through connective tissues.
Through stillness and attention to sensation, we gently build resilience within the nervous system while deepening connection to the body.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic flowing practice linking breath with movement.
Classes focus on mindful movement while building strength, balance and resilience.
Beach Yoga
Outdoor yoga by the sea. Weather permitting.
A grounding, fresh-air practice to connect with breath, body and nature.
Workshops
Seasonal and themed sessions with space to slow down, explore, and reconnect.
Workshops may include a combination of Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, breath-work, journalling, meditation and sound practices.
Private Sessions
1:1 or small-group yoga tailored to your individual needs.
